T.E.A.M.

Having a group of well organized, qualified and willing volunteer leaders will be essential for at the Youth Ministry to thrive. It is imperative that all who work in the ministry know exactly what to do, and if they don’t, they know whom to ask. It is also important for a leader to know what to do and what not to do. In order for there to be clarity, there are four different roles with four different job descriptions

•   Teacher

•   Enforcer

•   Administrative

•   Mentor

 Teacher

The Bible is potent and has the ability to radically change lives. Paul admonishes Timothy to teach the word and be ready to do so at all times (2Timothy 4:2). Following Pauls instructions, we want the faithful to unpacking the full counsel of God’s word, to be one of the distinguishing traits of the meetings of the Youth Ministry.
